Laundry/Bathroom Addition
This customer wanted to add a pool bath and extend their deck to enjoy their pool more during the hot summer months. They also had a small closet that housed their washer and dryer that they wanted to add more square footage and storage too. We came up with a custom plan to utilize all their needs. We extended the laundry closet into a hallway with storage that led to the new laundry room and bathroom. The homeowners are really enjoying it as well!

Replaced Sub Floor & Installed New Linoleum
This customer had a rotten sub floor due to a toilet leak. I tore out and replaced the sub-floor and installed brand new linoleum flooring. Proper removal and installation of sub-flooring is important when leaks are involved due to mold and other possible structural damages.

New Look for Tabletops
This customer called me up before Christmas and wanted to surprise his wife with revamped tabletops. I removed the old tiled sections and replaced with a new tile that the homeowner had already picked out. They turned out great and really gave the tables an updated look. And yes, the wife liked them as well!

Sunroom Addition/ Rotten Deck Removal
This customer had an old deck that needed to be removed and replaced. In addition, we also added a sunroom which the customer wanted to finish out and paint himself to save money. Here are the before and after pics.

Basket-Weave Tiled Kitchen Island
One of my customers wanted to re-do their kitchen island. We went with a basket-weave pattern with travertine tile and decorative travertine trim. It turned out nicely!
