We are excited to announce that we have the honor of building another exquisite Parker custom home for another great customer! This home will be located in the beautiful gated community of Champions Village in New Braunfels, TX. Its a great custom drawn floor plan that we can't wait to see built. It is about 2400 square feet that includes three bedrooms, three baths, a media room all packed full of details and extras! Everything about this house was custom fitted for our customer and their needs. We should be breaking ground soon so stay tuned for more pictures of this beautiful hill country home!

Custom Home- Rockwall: Progress on a Freezing, Snowy Week

Despite some extreme winter weather conditions last week, we managed to make some progress on this custom home. The stucco color started to go on, and the sheetrock was taped and floated. This week we should see some texture put on the walls, garage doors hung, and stucco color complete. Also, the custom cabinets should be complete this week (and hopefully ready to install soon) and the custom entertainment unit should be built as well. We're making some great progress at the Rockwall Ranch custom home. The exterior rock is complete and the stucco scratch coat is done as well. The insulation is complete and the sheetrock is hung. Soon we should start to see color on the stucco and texture on the walls.
