We've done several projects for these customers and the latest project we completed was converting an extra space they had (they used as an exercise/game room) into a bedroom complete with an entire wall of closet space, drawers and even a desk area. They are trying to sell their home and wanted to have an additional bedroom to add to the resale value of their home.
